
I found these fabulous vintage jingle bells a couple of months ago and my mom suggested I attach them to garland made out of fabric scraps. So I am very excited to show you the garland I was able to make out of my many little scraps of fabric. I absolutely love it and I think it makes a lovely addition to our Christmas trimmings.
