I've been trying to get in my studio the past couple of weeks and this weekend I was finally able to get in there. I was excited to break out some of my new books and get moving on a project that I've been wanting to make since Christmas.
You see, from September to December I was busy making fun things for the wonderful people in my life and I thought to myself, I think it's time to make something for me. Perhaps a new purse? One that will be cute for these last winter months and even cuter for the spring and summer months.
So...I opened up this book and decided to make the Folklore Bag. I changed it up a bit by using two different prints instead of just one yard of one print and I think it's absolutely adorable. I'm really excited about how it came out and it will definitely look cute on my shoulder.
